We are
 The European Labour Institute (ELI) - a non-profit organisation,
established in June 2002.
Our team consists of architects, HVAC, electrical and civil
engineers, economists, researchers. They all have working
background in design and construction companies, training
centres, research and development institutes.
The main activities of the Institute are in the fields: energy efficiency of
buildings. generation and use of renewable energy, technology and
innovation transfer, services to SMEs
ELI is a member of the professional networks INFORSE and
Managenergy.
The Institute works in collaboration with: the enterprise Europe
Network, the renewable energy sources Cluster in Bulgaria, the chambers
of commerce, the Bulgarian academy of sciences, state and
public institutions – municipalities, energy agencies ; NGOs,
professional and citizens’ unions and associations.
